This Lake Placid Club wedding was one of our absolute favorites at one of the best wedding venues in Lake Placid! Chris and Alexia’s wedding day began in the breathtaking setting of Lake Placid, nestled in the mountains of the Adirondacks. The couple chose a charming rental home at the Crowne Plaza, where Alexia and her bridesmaids got ready, surrounded by the stunning fall foliage and the serene views of Mirror Lake. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and anticipation as Alexia shared sweet “first looks” with her bridesmaids and dad, capturing moments of love and laughter before heading to the church.
When it was time for her walk down the aisle, Alexia looked radiant as she approached Chris at St. Agnes Catholic Church. Surrounded by beautiful paintings depicting the majestic mountains and their closest friends and family, the couple exchanged smiles, heartfelt vows, and rings, marking the beginning of their new life together. The ceremony was a touching reflection of their love, filled with joy and emotion.
Once the marriage ceremony concluded, the newlyweds and their wedding party ventured to nearby fields and lakes for formal photos, creating stunning memories against the picturesque backdrop of Lake Placid. After capturing these precious moments, they returned to the Lake Placid Club Golf House for the cocktail hour, where guests mingled and celebrated.
As Chris and Alexia entered the wedding pavilion, they were greeted with cheers and smiles from their loved ones. The couple shared their first dance, a moment filled with affection that set the tone for the evening. Heartfelt parent dances and emotional speeches followed, celebrating their love and commitment.
