Chelsea began her wedding day in style at the Golden Arrow Resort, with expert styling from Makeup by Baileigh. Andrew, and his party also enjoyed a relaxed morning, setting the tone for a smooth and joyous celebration ahead. With everything happening at one of the most picturesque wedding venues in Lake Placid, the atmosphere was calm. This was the solution to start to a perfect and unforgettable day.
A Scenic First Look and Ceremony
Chelsea and Andrew’s outdoor ceremony took place with views of Mirror Lake and Whiteface Mountain as their backdrop. This is one of the reasons why Lake Placid Golden Arrow Resort wedding venue is our favorite. The setting was truly magical, with the stunning High Peaks adding a sense of grandeur to the occasion. The ceremony was made even more personal by being presided over by a family member. This brought an intimate touch to their vows. After the ceremony, the newlyweds took some stunning photos with family and friends. The dramatic views of the Adirondack High Peaks created the perfect backdrop for memorable portraits.
A Celebration with a Belmont Stakes Twist
The reception at this Lake Placid wedding venues was a lively and exciting affair. An unexpected twist at the Belmont Stakes was taking place on the same day! Chelsea and Andrew cleverly incorporated the race into their celebration. They providing betting cards for their guests, which added an extra layer of fun to the evening. Afterward, the couple shared a beautiful first dance, followed by heartfelt toasts. A 1920s-style champagne pour, and a delicious cake from Simply Gourmet. The celebration continued as Experience Events kept the energy high with their exceptional DJ services. This ensured the dance floor remained lively all night long.
