Mike and Dave’s Colorful Wedding at the Sagamore Resort -

Dave and Mike’s wedding at The Sagamore Resort is one we’ll all be talking about for years to come! The day began in one of the Sagamore’s beautiful rooms where the grooms got dressed together and shared laughs to the sounds of Taylor Swift music.

The couple took photos around the property while taking in the warm fall day and lake views. Their wedding party joined them for photos on the lawn and showed off their rainbow shoes, hair and ties to celebrate the couple.

A sweet and laughter filled ceremony followed on the lower terrace (officiated by Maria Pelton) with Lake George as a background. The grooms exchanged vows and rings (Taylor Swift made another appearance in BOTH vows!) before sharing their first kiss as a married couple. Guests cheered on the newlyweds as they left the ceremony to the sounds of bagpipes and joined their guests at a fabulous cocktail hour.

Guests were wowed by the ballroom decor and florals by Renaissance Floral Design as they made their way into the reception. Mike and Dave kicked off the reception with an awesome dance set and speeches from two of their best friends. A special surprise delighted guests during dinner – a bagpipe performance by the City of Albany Pipe Band!

Then it was time to party – and boy did they! Tunes by Craig Scott Entertainment kept guests dancing all night long and the grooms could be seen rocking the dance floor for hours. Mike and Dave paused only to cut their impressive wedding cake and share some flavored popcorn from their popcorn snack bar!

At the end of the night, guests were invited onto the lawn for a spectacular fireworks show put on by Santore Fireworks. What a way to end the night with a bang (and lots of color)! Congratulations to the newlyweds!
