Kait and Andy’s Spring Wedding at Birch Hill -

Birch Hill wedding days are some of our favorites and this was no exception! Kait and Andy’s spring wedding day began on a beautiful sunny day in Troy NY. Andy and his groomsmen tied ties and pinned flowers while sharing laughs and jokes. Andy was all smiles as he fitted his cufflinks and adjusted his watch – a wedding gift from Kait – which matched his custom suit perfectly. Across town, Kait and her bridesmaids finished hair and makeup in their stunning Air B&B. Kait slipped into her stunning lace dress and earned tears all around from her mom, dad, and bridesmaids.

The soon to be newlyweds headed to Birch Hill Catering, and shared a moving first look in the garden before taking formal photos around the pond and property. For the first time in weeks, the sun was shining and the trees bloomed just in time to create the prefect background! Following photos, Kait made her grand entrance to the ceremony led by a bagpiper and escorted by her father. The couple exchanged vows and laughs in a ceremony led by their close friend. After a hand fasting ceremony, the couple shared their first kiss as husband and wife and led the way to cocktail hour – cheered on by family and friends.

A rocking reception followed with music by the always amazing Mike from Music Man Entertainment. The couple shared a fun first dance and parent dances before hearing speeches from loved ones that brought out smiles, laughter and tears (as great speeches should)! Kait showed them how its done on the dance floor all night and Andy’s frat brothers provided the highlight of the evening – a “magic carpet ride” for both the bride and groom.
